Terms of Service

By creating an account or using LumiEcho, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. LumiEcho is operated by LumaScor LLC.

LumiEcho is an AI-powered daily clarity companion. It provides personalized briefs, an Echo Score, pattern tracking, and a conversational interface (Echo Chat) based on your voice and text check-ins.

Echo is an AI. It is not a therapist, counselor, coach, or medical provider. Nothing Echo says constitutes professional advice of any kind. Always consult a qualified professional for mental health, medical, legal, or financial matters.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use LumiEcho. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

Free trial: New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to LumiEcho. No credit card is required to start your trial.

Paid subscription: After your trial ends, continued access requires a paid subscription at $99/year. Payment is processed through the App Store (iOS) or Stripe (web).

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.

App Store purchases: If you subscribe via the App Store, Apple's payment terms and refund policies apply. Apple takes a 30% fee on all App Store transactions.

You own the content you provide — your check-ins, reflections, and chat messages. By using LumiEcho, you grant LumaScor LLC a limited license to process that content to provide the service, including sending it to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use LumiEcho to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or in violation of any third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from LumiEcho
• Use the service to harm, harass, or impersonate others
• Attempt to circumvent trial or paywall limitations through technical means
• Use automated tools to access the service at scale
• Resell or sublicense access to the service

We strive to keep LumiEcho available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

LumiEcho is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. LumaScor LLC does not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumaScor LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of LumiEcho. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts of jurisdiction.
